- Hi my name is Ms.Gonzales, a fresh new teacher out of Northern Arizona University. I was born and raised on the Salt River indian reservation and received my education in the nearby city of Mesa. Growing up I always knew I wanted to choose a career where I could make a difference. Seeing how influential and impacting my teachers were in my life I knew that that was the career for me. I am very happy and pleased to be apart of the Salt River community schools. My community was a huge motivator for me to continue on in my education and become a teacher. I am looking forward to the new school year and getting to know my new students.
